
CHANGING LIMITING BELIEFS OR C.L.B
Sometimes we have negative thoughts or feelings that we feel powerless to stop. These may be in relation to your health, your weight, your self esteem or some goal that you wish to achieve.
These negative thoughts are so strong that they can literally make you feel more ill, gain weight, lose control, have low self esteem and find it near impossible to achieve the things you would like to achieve.
Maybe you have a tendency to brood about things leading to sleepless nights and much of your life being taken up with thoughts that are literally of no use to you.
It may sound strange but nobody ever taught you to think correctly. You have quite simply been allowed to learn how to think all on your own. When you were a child someone taught you to fasten your laces, hold a pen or even ride a bike but nobody ever taught you how to use your mind for your own benefit.
C.L.B. is a training program for your mind. When you realise the power of your own thoughts and how you have been using your imagination as a misguided weapon against yourself then you are able to change the way you think or feel about any aspect of your life.
If you are a negative thinker then you most probably have low self esteem at this moment in time. You may feel that outside influences are causing your negative thinking and low self esteem. Maybe you are suffering from an illness such as M.E. (Myalgic Encephalopathy) Post Viral Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue, M.S. or Cancer.
Or do you feel that occurrences in your childhood, at work or in your relationships have had a negative effect of your thoughts and self esteem?
Are you overweight because you have negative or depressing thoughts going around in your head and it seems food is one of the only comforts for these feelings?
Have you always been a high achiever and have just suddenly become derailed and you are finding it difficult to get back on track?
Even fears and phobias can be dramatically affected by emplying C.L.B principles within your life.
As I mentioned before, C.L.B. is a training program for your mind and does take a little time and effort for your training to take place and start to work.
I structure your training over a maximum of 6 sessions which are spaced weekly or fortnightly to suit your lifstyle. There is a little bit of homework to do, as with all things, practice makes perfect.
WEEK 1
During this session the training is in relation your inner strength, personality types, childhood development and motivation.
WEEK 2
During this session we focus on how suggestable you are, how you use your suggestion against yourself and how you can turn this around. The physical effects that the mind has on the body and different types of anxiety.
WEEK 3
We talk more about the effects of the mind on the body and how the way you talk to yourself has a massive and more profound effect than visiting a hypnotherapist on a weekly basis for the rest of your life. We tailor a suggestion therapy session exclusively for you, giving you the chance to experience some great relaxation and beneficial suggestions.
WEEK 4
The training this week is based around character traits such as negativity, catastrophising, helplesness and other limiting traits. You have another suggestion therapy session (afterally nice thoughts might be a new thing for you).
WEEK 5
Introducing very powerful techniques for you to take away and practice, so that for every negative or limiting thought that you have you are provided with an opportunity to think something positive and empowering.
WEEK 6
Recapping session 5, finding out how you have got along with practicing the techniques and helping you make them more specific for you.
Some people may only require a small part of this training. But there may also be some people who feel like they need a little extra ongoing support, especially if they are facing large challenges in their lives. This really is a matter for you to decide as C.L.B. is very much about empowering you to help yourself and nobody undergoing C.L.B. training should feel like they NEED me to provide ongoing support. However there is a big difference between LIKE and NEED.
