"Pure Hypnoanalysis" is not a temporary cure, it is not a sticking plaster that we stick over a problem that needs to be fully healed.

The process of "Pure Hypnoanalysis" usually takes between 6 & 12 sessions. In some instances it can take more sessions (But Not Often). I am bound by a strict code of conduct and together we will continually review your progress. If either of us feel that the analysis is not going in the right direction then we can work together to find other more suitable options for you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Basically, hypnosis is used to ensure you are fully relaxed before being asked to allow your mind to just wander wherevr it wants to go. The only thing you then have to do is tell me quite simply what you can see, feel, smell, taste etc. Often you will feel different emotions whilst allowing your mind to wander and it is the release of these emotions that does the most good.

Usually at a point between 6 & 12 sessions you will find the root cause of your problems. Be able to put those thoughts into perspective and move on with your life.

These problems could be a phobia such as Emetophobia, Social Phobia, Anxiety or Panic Attacks.

In fact the issue could be anything or more that appears in my list of "Symptoms".

If you realise that there is a reason for every part of your behaviour and that if you knew the reason for why you behave in a particular way, then that issue can be resolved no matter what it is.

As a trained "Hypnoanalyst" with the "IAPH" I am required to undergo sessions of "Pure Hypnoanalysis" until any personal issues I may have are fully resolved and that my own thoughts and feeling cannot affect the treatment of my clients.
